Minors between 0 and 6 years old go up for free, but they must have their ticket. Although they are free, it is necessary to acquire them for the correct organization of seats on the bus.

The buses of the Naviluz service are low-floor and have an access ramp for People with Reduced Mobility (PRM) in wheelchairs. However, the upper deck of the vehicles is not accessible for wheelchair users. From the lower deck, the view of the Christmas lighting is partial.
If the service had to be suspended for weather reasons or for reasons attributable exclusively to the company that provides the service, the amount of your tickets will be refunded.
